We are looking for candidates for a Service Technician/Engineer position in marine propulsion equipment of a World leader brand, of which Aloia is the official service in Spain and Portugal. The equipment can be azimuth thrusters, retractable thrusters, transversal propellers, gearboxes, shaft lines and propulsion propellers .
Works include start-up, commissioning, repairs or refit of dock equipment.
Work assumes a minimum of 150 travel/work days per year. Carrying out more days would be at the worker’s choice, these conditions are included as a contract clause. The time that is not traveling / working is at the worker’s disposal and the presence in the office is not necessary. A training period is dedicated, if necessary, depending on the candidate.
English is necessary, mainly to communicate with crews, inspectors, other technicians, cover service reports…
